What is the 7-step FMEA methodology and why is it important?
The 7-step FMEA is the current harmonized standard from VDA and AIAG, in place since 2019. It structures risk analysis into seven clear steps: from planning through structure analysis to documentation. Compared with older FMEA versions, it offers significantly improved identification and assessment of risks. With my expertise in this methodology, I help you systematically identify risks and take preventive action—saving costs and ensuring quality.
