Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is the heart of preventive quality management. With the 7-step methodology, we reliably identify potential risks before they become costly problems.
From Design FMEA to Process FMEA to Machine FMEA – I support you in the implementation and optimization of this proven quality method. Your teams learn to identify risks accurately and efficiently at the same time. This combination typically leads to high acceptance in the organization.

6S: Systematic improvement
The Six Sigma (6s) method is the most sustainable way to improve processes. Sigma represents the random variation of a process. When the variation fits six times within the specification limits, statistically, virtually no deviations occur.
If a process—or a sequence of processes—regularly varies too much, 6s plays to its strengths and brings the overall process to a zero-defect level.

Which industries do you serve?
My focus is on the semiconductor industry and related sectors such as electronics manufacturing, automotive suppliers, and mechanical engineering. With over 20 years of experience at a global semiconductor company, I know the specific challenges of this industry very well. In principle, however, my methods can be applied across industries.
Do you also offer training in English?
Yes, I offer all my services fluently in German and English. This applies to consulting projects as well as training and workshops. Thanks to my international experience, I am familiar with different corporate cultures and can adapt optimally to your team.
How long does a typical FMEA facilitation take?
That depends on the complexity of the topic. A Process FMEA for a manageable manufacturing process can take about 2–4 hours. More complex Development FMEAs require 10 or more hours. What matters to me is that we arrive at actionable results – no endless meetings without added value.
Do you also come on-site for individual problem-solving?
Absolutely. Whether it’s analyzing an acute quality issue or facilitating an 8D team – I also support you with specific challenges.

Do you also offer remote training or online consulting?
Yes, many services can also be delivered online. Online formats have proven effective especially for training and coaching. For practical workshops such as FMEA facilitation, on-site presence is usually more effective, but hybrid solutions are also possible.
